Can I buy supplies from another source and rent your plotter? |

Only the supplies purchased from Visual Workplace can be used with our plotters. Our plotters are equipped with a meter to track vinyl usage.

Can I purchase the Vinyl 600 series in the colors I want instead of going with the Start-up package? |

You may purchase any color of vinyl you need to start. We recommend the "Standard 8" colors (Red, Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, White, and Clear).

Do you have a document that we sign when we get started? |

We have a rental agreement that you will sign at the time of training. It simply documents the software and hardware serial numbers in the event of loss or damage.
