Visual Workplace is responsible for all of the maintenance costs of the plotter. If you factor in the cost of maintenance to the price of vinyl and supplies, it is almost double as compared to the cost factor of renting.

Visual Workplace provides free technical support for both hardware and software. Otherwise you must contact each manufacturer individually for technical support. Hardware and software manufacturers are now charging $35.00 per technical support call.

Visual Workplace includes an Idea Book with software templates that can be used and modified specifically to support Lean Manufacturing activities. Software templates include visuals for tool shadows, safety, kaizen, team building, production control and many others. Updates to the Idea Book are provided regularly.

Visual Workplace offers thousands of clipart files. Simply contact us and we will email you just about any clipart that you need. This saves time searching and costly memberships to clipart web sites.

Visual Workplace will provide software upgrades at no charge as they become available.

Visual Workplace provides Online Software and Hardware Training. This training will also include how to make effective visuals for 5S, Kaizen, ISO9000/QS9000, and Visual Factory.

All supplies can be purchased from a single source and ship the same day. You will not find this service anywhere else.

If your plotter is not functioning properly, Visual Workplace will immediately send you a replacement at no charge. Owning your own plotter would require that the plotter be returned to the manufacturer for repair. This may take up to 15 days. A typical bench charge diagnosing the problem is $800.00. This does not include parts or labor.

Visual Workplace is responsible for all personal property taxes, manufacturer service contracts, and capital equipment depreciation.
